No time to be a vendor? No tables or not enough items to fill a space?

- You may consign up to 35 items per day. Cost is $20 plus 15% of any items that sell.
- Each item must be marked with a price tag, whether its a stick on label or hang tag, specifying how much you want to sell the item for, AND, include your initials on the price tag. This price tag will be included on your seller sheet that you will receive at the end of the day and will list each item sold and the total of your sales.
- Net proceeds from the sale will be paid out at the end of the selling day and will be accompanied by your seller sheet listing each item sold. Your net proceeds will include the 15% consignment fee that will be deducted from your gross sales.
- You must bring your merchandise to the Registration Table, which will be prominently displayed at the front gate, any time from 6am to 8am. We will not be able to accept merchandise after 8am.
- Your goods will be displayed on its own table and not mixed in with other consignments.
- You must pick up any unsold goods any time after 2pm and no later than 3:30pm. Any merchandise not picked up by 3:30 pm will be forfeited, no exceptions.
- If you are selling for a tw0 consecutive day event, you may leave any unsold merchandise overnight. If you sold some items at the end of day 1, you have the option of bringing any additional items to replenish stock to bring your inventory count back up to 35 items.
- Although we do not have a size limit as far as what you can being to sell, please keep in mind that whatever you don't sell you have to take back with you at the end of the event. Due to space limitations we cannot accept large furniture such as dressers, entertainment centers, beds, etc. We can accept small furniture such as chairs, side tables, plant stands, etc.
